Emaar unveils Dh200-billion Dubai masterplan to house 150,000 residents

Emaar Properties on Thursday announced one of its most ambitious masterplans to date — a Dh200-billion mixed-use development in Dubai designed to eventually house 150,000 residents.

The project will be structured across five distinct zones featuring swimmable lagoons, tranquil lakes, linear gardens and meandering water streams. Emaar said the development will combine residential neighbourhoods with retail, leisure and hospitality components.

The launch reflects continued confidence in Dubai's property market, which has seen sustained demand from end-users and international investors through the first half of 2026.
